We help clients to audit the talent, assess strong sides and development needs of managerial teams and individual managers that are crucial for a new business strategy. We conduct a structured in-depth interview with each manager, benchmark individual competency levels against desired ones, provide a rating of the best talent and development recommendations.
The assessment process is easily adapted to the client’s specific requirements and is conducted in a relatively short period of time, provided top manager and consultants work closely.
Typically we use 9 to 10 criteria to evaluate the talent (does the manager possess a specific skill or experience applicable in the work environment) and importance of competencies (is the competence critical for a given position). Each skill or competence is assessed on a five-point scale and benchmarked against strategic requirements identified by top manager of the company prior to the audit.
