We conduct a search adhering to our detailed three staged procedure to ensure quality search results.

Stage 1. Understand what is required

                        - collect information about the client’s business and corporate culture peculiarities

                        - obtain a detailed job description

                        - develop a search “map”

Stage 2. Identify and evaluate candidates

                        - conduct a search for potential candidates

                        - pre-select and evaluate candidates

                        - identify finalists for a short list

                        - discuss best candidates with the client

 Stage 3. Interviews with the client and assignment completion

                        - arrange interviews with the client

                        - keep feedback between the client and candidates

                        - provide additional information and references

                        - facilitate negotiations on compensation of the successful candidate

                        - support both the client and the candidate during a probation period
