We do confirm acceptance of all resumes sent via email to LCG within 48 hours. We contact directly those candidates who meet requirements of a specific vacancy we are currently working on. Other resumes are kept in our data base and we get in touch with potential candidates when an appropriate opportunity arises.
During a face-to-face interview we do our best to evaluate the candidate’s skills, experience and motivation. We provide a candid and timely feedback from our client.
