Finance, Administration Manager
  • Provide general management of Finance and Accounting;
  • Manage finance and treasury operations, incl. cash flow, invoicing, terms of payments; deposits and currency gains, interco loans, investments, dividend payments etc.;
  • Lead a team of bookkeepers and control accounting activities: control interco invoicing, monthly closing and reconciliation of interco operations; tax and statistical reports; payroll and bonuses calculation;
  • Plan and manage interco corporate tax; prepare and submit annual tax reports (balances, P&L, chart of accounts, etc), deal with tax audits;
  • Support import/export operations, control retail sales, writes offs etc.;
  • Manage legal structure of the company, support business processes and decision making;
  • Execute internal operational control; report key metrics;
  • Participate in development of pricing policy, manage transfer pricing;
  • Create budgets and control expenses, manage costs;
  • Review contracts (intercompany, employment, with suppliers);
  • Manage the office, control timesheets of employees and subcontractors, manage benefits etc.
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting;
  • At least 6−7 years of experience in a similar position with a small sized Western company or representative office;
  • Solid knowledge of simplified and general systems of taxation, VAT, non-Ukraine VAT knowledge will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of GAAP reporting;
  • Managerial accounting/finance management experience;
  • Understanding of local and international law;
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
