Textile Factory Manager
  • Successfully implement the company strategies;
  • Develop and translate strategic plans to employees;
  • Build and lead an effective management team;
  • Assume full accountability for the board for all factory operations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure company goals are achieved;
  • Implement manufacturing policies and goals;
  • Ensure operational efficiency and economy of the manufacturing operation;
  • Communicate manufacturing goals, objectives and reports to enable departments to be in line with and achieve desired results.
  • Identify, initiate and implement corrective activities when needed.
  • Plan, develop and implement improvement activities in cooperation with departments, monitor and review weekly and monthly results by means of management meetings and reports.
  • Maintain the operational performance of the company;
  • Represent the company to state agencies and professional associations.

Qualifications Required:

  • University degree or other higher education;
  • At least 5-year experience managing larger/mid-sized organizations, preferably production;
  • A proven record leading and driving change management and improvement activities;
  • Experience working in an international environment;
  • Very good level of verbal and written English;
  • Experience working in ERP systems.
