Обов'язки:

Estimate product cost, including material, labor and equipment, based on customers' RFQs
Supervise process of new product implementation from business award till serial production phase
Prepare production process documentation
Identify and lead cost saving initiatives for new and existing projects
Support value engineering activities and provide recommendations to improve profitability within cross-functional cost optimization team
Provide cost monitoring and gap analysis for assigned product groups
Develop standard production time tables based on Methods Time Management
Support continuous improvement processes for costing tools and methodology

Вимоги:

Master's degree in production engineering, good financial knowledge will be an asset
Minimum 3 years of cost estimation experience from cable assembly manufacturing environment
Strong technical knowledge of processes and components used in wire harness manufacturing
Good knowledge of MTM-UAS and experience in lean production will be a very strong asset
Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
Good communication skills with international mindset
Analytical thinking and involvement
Proficient knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Polish or German will be an asset
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Engineering design software expertise (ZUKEN, ARCADIA, CAD, SolidWorks, etc.) would be a strong asset
Ability to go on long-term business trips abroad
